Fexan was born in 1980 in the city of Tehran, there were already singers in his family and he followed the path of his family. According to the great Iranian classical music teacher Peri Zengene, with whom Fexan works, Fexan's soprano voice is unique in Iran.

Fexan, together with Hashim Farhadi, is preparing their new album on classical music to be released soon.
